Student Affairs Commissioner Anesha Roberson
The general purpose of the Department of Student Affairs shall be to deal with problems on campus life brought to the attention of the Senate and to suggest solutions to any such problems, provide Senate representation on the Traffic Appeals and Traffic and Safety Committees, to perform any other pertinent services.
Committees:

Residential Life( Committee Head: Marcus Sanders) - shall tackle student residential problems on campus and make the Senate aware of such problems and perform any other pertinent services not mentioned herein.

Forum(Committee Head: Tiffany Thomas) - shall plan and host forums as they deem necessary in which students may voice their opinions on and discuss major events or issues of the day.

Wellness, Recreation, and Activity Center Oversight(Committee Head: Justin Thompson) - shall be involved in the WRAC building process, maintain communication with the WRAC once the building has been completed to insure that it provides positive student use and feedback, and perform any other pertinent services not mentioned herein.

The Big Event - shall plan and host The Big Event once per year. Its goals, objectives and procedures shall be outlined in Article XIV of the SGA Bylaws.

Cultural Diversity Committee - shall promote awareness of cultural diversity on campus, handle issues relating to the welfare of all minority groups, work closely with the University’s Office of Cultural Diversity, and perform any other pertinent services not mentioned herein
